What is your policy on upfront payment?

We require that customers make an upfront payment when applying for any of our guaranteed mobile phone contracts. This is just a security measure and the money you pay upfront is held by us and returned to you together with interest on the expiry of our contract with us provided that you account is in good shape.

What if I want a refurbished phone?

We understand that all our customers do not have the same tastes and preferences and that is why we have contracts for both new and refurbished phones. The difference when you go for a refurbished phone is that end paying cheaper than when you go for a new mobile device. The choice is yours on the kind of handset you want to go for.

What is your required contract commitment period?

Generally, the standard period a customer can be committed to our mobile contracts is 12 months. However, if you have bad credit and applying for any our guaranteed mobile phone contract, we require that you be committed for either 18 months or 24 months.
